Condensed Courses - Registration, Drop, and Refund Dates Form

Condensed courses are classes not beginning and ending with the regular, 15-week, terms. Condensed courses have different registration, drop, and refund dates. This form is used for identifying unique dates associated with:

• Open Learning courses - courses with varying start dates all throughout the term
• ATCC Campus courses - high school secondary career and technical courses
• Early College courses - high school courses taught for concurrent high school/college credit
• First 8-week session courses - courses beginning the week before the regular term starts and end before midterm (defined by the Academic Calendar)
• Second 8-week session courses - courses beginning after midterm and ending with the full term (defined by the Academic Calendar)

For deadlines that fall on the weekend or holidays requests must be submitted to the Registrar's Office by the last business day before the deadline, or drops/withdrawals must be completed through the online drop process by 11:59 pm (central time) the day of the deadline.
